地段比较优越，停车方便，卫生情况一般，房间比较大，早餐在这个价位还凑合，最不满意的是淋浴，出水量极少，没见过这么小的，马桶还是比较旧式，下次可能不会住了！

不推荐、不推荐、不推荐：1、房间臭气熏天，用了空气清新剂还是无效；2、空调效果极差，热的不行；3、老旧了，价格极不相称，这样的价格在丽水好的多了去。
