节假日客人多，业务略显生疏，但服务态度非常非常好。大堂经理现场组织调度能力很强，非常迅速解决处理任何问题。客房设施设备非常好，干净卫生。客房服务人性化，服务员热情大方。房间性价比非常高。

住宿什么的都比较好，就是前台设置到温泉入口，要是自己走过去比较费劲了，入住和退房比较麻烦。服务人员比较好，虽然是春节，还是一直满脸微笑，房间也比较大，不错
