1、订单显示名称与现场酒店名称不完全一致，到了度假区差点没找到酒店；2、洗簌台水龙头出来的水浑浊放水半天都不干净；3、晚上就餐服务员告知小河虾没有了居然买单的时候算在菜金里，我们没有注意也付过款了；4、今日退房后还有服务员打电话说退房时多退了100元给我了……服务十分无语
