入住当天下午3点左右到店，就从来没有见过素质如此差的前台人员，每说一句话都感觉像欠她的钱一样，没有礼貌礼节，态度恶劣。就连第二天电话提醒客人离店都是直接叫几点几点前下来退房，而不是先问客人今天是否续房，这不是赶客人走吗？不知道这个老板居然能请这种人回来砸自己招牌。客房部人员还好点。
