1、入住的房间比定的房间小好多。2、环境太吵，凌晨两点还在吵。3、房间有异味，毛巾发黄。4、洗发水沐浴露没有标识清楚，区分不开。

酒店在装修，热水突然变冷水。不过酒店位置挺好的，因为要去医院看人，所以很方便，周边很多吃的。工作人员服务好，尤其是前台小哥，态度好长得又帅。
