同程，艺龙的客服態度差，我到酒店为入住，竟然没资料，打去客服查詢后，竟然在酒店有一個是此公司的老总（像黑社會）出現叫我取消訂单，因為之前的单价平了，所以不能給回豪大床房，只能給标間。
然後不行就叫我去投訴，但客戶又没禮貌，一直说那人会幫我處理。
但等了60分鐘也没人再解決，就是迫着客戶不耐烦而取消，真是黑社會公司作业。
