前台真是有个性比顾客还凶，零度这大酒店让我洗冰凉的水还有理了，最后还一直忽悠，好吧，住两次了都没有热水，而且都是冬天，最后前台还骂我们真是太棒了这酒店，你们住的话做好心理准备就行了！
