真心不怎么样！房间里出现了3只臭虫！好不容易谈好多送两个人的早餐。早上到餐厅后，根本没有人收餐券！感觉…唉

过道、大堂、餐厅都没暖气。
房间受潮发霉严重，暖气非常不给力。
早餐环境和菜品一般。
交通不便，好在酒店提供叫车服务。
据说环境不错，但晚进早退，没来得及享用。
温泉徒有其名，说是周末才开放。
总体而言，性价比很低。

整个酒店冷冷清清的！前台态度很一般，酒店没有wifi，暖气也是坏的！不可思议的是竟然还没有发票！相对而言，价格有点离谱！

度周末泡温泉订的这间酒店 嗯 环境是不错 背靠西湖山 入口处几百米长的隧道也有感觉 可惜酒店有点旧了 应该是维护不到位 而且酒店房间很一般 枕头又硬又高 房间隔音够烂 清晨隔壁房间的打电话内容 笑声 听得清清楚楚 前台的态度还可以
