酒店硬件不错，管理还差得远！同样的价格，同程订房什么也没有，直接前台订房却送158的温泉票，我订的两间房就少了316的门票，简直把客人当傻子，这种酒店以后不住了

该酒店前台服务态度非常友善，房间空间宽敞明亮，摆放有玻璃办公桌，旁边出了不间断电源外还配有无线wifi,还有有线宽带，办公非常方便，窗玻璃高大，采光很好，透过窗可以看到西湖山，还有山上的树木，每天还配有双早餐，准备的品种很丰富，性价比还算高。就是卫生间的布帘很旧，下摆部有很多发霉的痕迹，卫生间的木门有腐烂痕迹，墙壁也见很多地方发霉，坐厕冲水无力。

自然环境是最佳，人气却太不旺。几年前住过，叫华天，现在怎么改名了？房型很好，房间够大，但有股味道。新老板要加强管理和营销哦。价钱不错。
