做了第一晚，想要续住，前台告之要重新下订，感觉麻烦，时客人冷冰冰。在同程上下单后，才发现山景和湖景是有区别的。在网上订的没有早餐，虽然早餐非常一般，但是，感觉很不方便。住一楼床被发潮。总之，让客人有不舒心的感觉。服务理念有问题！
