服务特别差，叫服务员搞过卫生都那么麻烦，叫了几次都没有来搞卫生，叫服务员来搞过卫生比请老祖宗都还要难请，还说你交钱了吗？我们没有交钱还能呆在这里吗？

下次再也不会去住了，服务态度极差，还是星级酒店，能请到这样的员工真的无语了，放了衣服在前台，让圆通快递的小哥去取前台说没有、因为当时很赶时间就交代前台如果圆通的人去取就给，可人家去到说没有，第二天再去，小哥在前台等了半个多小时也没拿到，然后问了一下前台、可前台姑娘说了句你没看到我在忙吗？无奈之下只好给我打电话，真的无语到极点了
