订的房没有了，给我升级到了行政房，行政房不是每间都有窗的，我要求前台给我一个有窗的结果不同意，只给我无窗的。房间真的好小，比我订的房型还要小，而且行政房迷你吧也没有饮料。唯一好的就是窗特别舒服。过夜停车依旧是20块，但是停车票放在房间了，保安不想放行，说找不到我的停车记录，前台不愿让服务员帮找，弄了半天前台和我说直接说是住店的就可以了，才给我走。哎，除了睡得舒服没啥了，不好的体验。

服务贴心，第一晚送两碗西米露，第二晚送了绿豆粥，还默默给我们换了晾衣架。这样的服务休想让我给你们一个赞，我要给你们两个！👍👍

环境很好，处在市中心交通便捷，电梯用的是ThyssenKrupp，平稳高速又气派，即使房间在高层也是享受，这一点领先全广西其他包括五星级在内酒店。房间不大但是房内设施选用值得赞一个，卫浴全都是TOTO，床垫和床单也很舒适，虽然装修很久了但维护很好，依然洁净如新，值得一提的是空气处理得很清雅，没有一般酒店的杂味。不足就是前台服务品质还有待加强
