火车站打车过来，刚刚到酒店门口就有工作人员出来迎接，并帮忙搬运行李。因房间装修，所以让我们升级到四星级的南山竹海住宿，有问必答，服务周到，并尽可能的满足客人的要求，也给了好多建议，满意的一次体验

因为客栈在装修，就免费直接升级到竹海客栈，都是属于御水温泉一家的，有早餐，种类挺多的。住了两晚，可以多次进入温泉泡汤，买一次票就好了。因为工作日温泉是下午才开始，所以住一晚的话，只能当天多次进入。竹海风景挺好的，这边湖里的野生鱼很嫩，很仙，很好吃。
