做了些功课确定定这个酒店，结果好幸运的是到店给升级到离南山竹海更近的南山竹海客栈了，环境很好，卫生也很好，房间也不小，比较紧凑，就是有一点设计不合理，洗澡的时候衣服没地方放，其他都满分，最值得一提的是服务态度特别好，还有冷气实在太足了，都30℃了，依旧很冷！早餐在珍味堂吃的，味道还可以，能吃饱！总之，下次去玩还选择住这里！

地理位置优越，就在南山竹海与御水温泉旁边。服务态度好，尤其是前台小王。房间设施中规中矩，性价比高。

很好，离温泉很近，离竹海也就几分钟的路。到店后给的是带阳台的房间，超级棒，买温泉和竹海的票优惠很大，超级推荐。

挺好的，前台服务员小王很热情，离竹海很近可以步行过去，还去泡了温泉，相当不错的。早餐得特别表扬一下，非常好。
