住在三楼靠近棋牌室的房间，零点以后还有麻将机的噪音，玩牌的门也不关，大声喧哗吵得人无法入睡！住客素质是一方面，我更想说的是酒店管理一塌糊涂！打电话投诉承诺12点关停，关了吗？他们是客，我们就不是客是吧？我差点就要报警啦??
