位置偏僻，房间里味道大的不能进房间，听服务员说是平时没人住，发霉的味道，房间里还有虫子在墙上，蚊子，苍蝇很多，床上也是潮的，洗手间很小的，酒店 房间卫生都很差，早餐品种很少，没的选择 。差评 。

去年来过一次在前台订的，今年元旦提前休息来天目湖从携程看到了他们家倍感亲切，一进店一个经理看到我就问我是不是去年买过他们家咸鹅，记性真棒。这次过来感觉卫生比以前进步了很多，各处也觉得很温暖，多了些以前没有的服务，帮我擦箱子，送礼品，因为我们是坐公交来的，夜里没有公交了，总台的人还特意开车去帮买东西，早上结账时听说我们昨天吃饭没有打折，还特意送了一张鱼头抵用券减免了50元。这个体验真的是太棒了，以后再来天目湖没有理由不住他们家，性价比超高的良心店。
