前台免费帮我们升级到高楼层的山景房。服务真心不错。虽是老牌酒店但设施一点也不陈旧，房间比一般的五星级酒店要大。酒店的天目湖鱼头非常不错其他菜肴也很正宗。如果非要提点建议的话，就是那么大的房间却没有浴缸可惜了，去的时候有部分地方在装潢有一些油漆的气味。
