酒店位置很好，个人认为服务质量高于其他酒店和度假区平均水平。家人很满意，本来是打算定涵田的，由于预定晚了最终选择了天目湖宾馆，很满意，下次来的话还住这里

这是第二次带客人入住。非常棒的酒店，非常棒的餐饮。外国客人特别吃这里的鱼头汤，鱼面，还有其他菜品。他们根据不同季节更新菜品，为求给吃客最新鲜的食材。
特别要点名感谢前台接待的两位姑娘：崔丽华，解君。周到而热情的服务。
客人说以后带家人来中国旅游时，一定要来这入住和吃鱼头汤，鱼面。

周末带孩子去天目湖景区，选酒店在涵田和宾馆之间选了很久，因为朋友说涵田炒作厉害，最后还是相信了老牌的天目湖宾馆。鱼头汤正宗，服务态度完美，小姐姐们漂亮，早餐非常丰盛，停车场也近，老牌酒店位置完美，就在湖边和山水园对面。房间也很干净整齐大气，总之完全对得起五星级酒店的档次。表扬前台的李雯雯，马秋月小姐姐，漂亮热情周到，五星好评。

天目湖宾馆环境特别优美，服务更是一流。前台服务员芮旭凤，张雪伊，康丽服务态度很好，特别是芮旭凤，急旅客所急，服务到位，值得表扬。三楼服务员卜康美服务周到细致，发现旅客遗忘的贵重物品后及时上交，客房部主管周欣窈更是不厌其烦，多次联系客人，想方设法寄还物品。几位姑娘真是人美心更美，服务超一流。希望宾馆能够给予表扬👍
