酒店位置绝佳，近天目湖山水园。周边环境很好，空气富氧，湿润，舒适。酒店硬件不错，干净卫生，服务到位，还留言给客户。像客房服务王爱萍，前台服务沐一娇，严静。都还不错。天目湖宾馆风味餐厅是这几天每天必须光临的，两位服务员态度非常好，热情款待，到的早也不介意，先上茶让休息一会儿，再点餐。帮忙推荐菜品，介绍特色，吴德红，桂芳娥是这几天服务我的服务员。感谢她俩。

安排父母出游，非常棒的体验，强烈推荐！极具特色的五星级老牌酒店！硬件软件均非常出色，房间大，推窗见湖，配备了冲洗式马桶，软硬适中的床非常舒服。天目湖近在咫尺，主景区步行过街就到，酒店餐饮应该代表天目湖菜系的顶级水准了吧，早餐品种丰富！退房时，父母的一张房卡找不到了，前台轻声安慰，不但没有要求赔偿，还贴心地为老人赠送了小礼物，让着急的二老十分开心，为旅途画上了快乐的句号！点赞沐一娇和芮旭凤二位美女，你们的细心服务和美丽的外表一样漂亮！

酒店环境没话说，离山水园很近，正对湖面，装修很新，服务态度好的没话说，门岗大叔热情亲切帮忙拿行李，入住时前台张雪伊和芮旭凤态度太好免费升级了亲子房，第二天由于有事早点退房，大堂的芮旭凤、杨燕、沈剑一很热情，还送了个小礼物。早餐口味很好，材料实在有特色，我吃了个溧阳扎肝吧好像叫，有游客来不及吃早饭我看到大堂还送了简餐礼盒方便路上吃。
