从这里被众多艺术（美术，传媒）院校选定为写生视频取景地可以知道，这里的自然景观非常棒，非常有代表性:典型的中国山水画风格。这里的文艺青年（艺术生）非常多，美女帅哥批发地。
大峡谷，天路和王相岩的总共游玩时间在五个小时左右。如果安排好，一天也能开心精细游览一遍。
在林州汽车南站有直达王相岩的中巴，也有游1路公交到游客中心（注意不是客运中心）再转乘专车到达大峡谷。王相岩与大峡谷距离接近五公里，步行的话可以感受石板岩乡的风情，同时可以跟文艺青年搭讪。建议租赁观光自行车。如果需要乘车的话，大概单程20元。
大峡谷非常漂亮又非常震撼，王相岩非常惊险有非常生动。路边是五彩斑斓的鲜花，树木有绿叶，也有红叶，有金叶。山路坡与平交错，不会感觉特别累。

国庆期间去的，整体感觉一般。前台服务很好，入住当天会电话确认，并按照携程价帮我多定了一间房。餐厅都是大桌，菜量也大，对于晚到又不想出去觅食的三口之家来说浪费了不少。早餐品质与快捷酒店差不多。标房面积不大，无法加床，与网页显示有出入。房间里没有免费的水提供，所有摆放的水、食品等都是需要付费的。马桶盖是坏的，无法使用。有车库，停车方便。因为只住一晚，所以一切都能接受。
