酒店开业时间较早，所以设施略显陈旧，服务尚可，离市区较近，就是与林州的另外一个酒店名字很接近，容易造成误会。

该酒店在林洲当地应该算是最好的酒店了房间很温馨床上还摆放了两枝玫瑰花.
服务员服务也非常热情!早餐也还算丰盛.前台的服务非常好尤其是前台的彭丽还有一位姓陆的人员服务都非常耐心对待客户非常热情真有一种宾至如归的感觉!

酒店硬件还不错。服务有待提高。第一天入住的房间外面临近一台机器设备，晚间睡觉受干扰。第二天经与前台协商换了房间，休息还不错。酒店二层餐厅菜品水平还好，吃的满意。一层餐厅服务员有些搞不清楚晚餐内容，一会儿答复火锅，一会儿又说是自助餐。晕！
