看了网上的好评才选择了该酒店，住后感觉太失望。晚上入住后即发现没有洗浴热水，问服务员称今晚是没热水，已报修（为什么入住时不告知？）。当晚室内温度27度，开了空调不制冷，服务员看了坚称空调没问题，一小时后仍不行，给总台打电话派人看，直到第二天退房也无人再过问。退房时发现其他顾客也在因此事争吵，方知空调也确实坏了。我当晚是开着窗听着噪音睡了一夜。另外服务员讲方言，缺乏服务礼仪，与四星级酒店实在不配。

我预定之后就涨价了。但是艺龙的诚信还是让我很欣慰，帮我退了涨价后的差价。只是酒店不太配合，居然说我没有入住。我多次与酒店确认，才得以退款。
