酒店环境不错，但房间内太破旧，灯也不怎么明亮，晚上感觉有点阴森森的，泡温泉就好了，还是不太适合晚上住

抱着希望去的，房间黑暗，下水道恶臭，搞得一个晚上都没法睡，因为误动车，想再去定其他房型住一晚，过程有点闹心，退了。以后不会去这个地方泡温泉了

前台沟通差，男士温泉换衣间的小弟的脸号臭啊，连浴巾都不给，住的地方虽大，但一开门一股发臭味，浴袍还破了个大洞，床头灯还是坏的，叫了前台也没人来修啊，我去，心情不好了。生态园还是值得一逛的。

房间设施老旧，毛巾有很大异味，卫生情况一般。入住时网络坏了，要到第二天早上十点左右才修好，效率也太低了。去年底收费478元返现60，算起来跟现在差不多，露天温泉和生态园门票全包，但现在就什么都没有。一心要去泡温泉的朋友要详细考虑，每张门票要另加78元，所有的加起来，已可选择其他质素较好的温泉酒店。不过员工的服务态度还是可以的。

这样的条件也敢叫什么温泉酒店，不感到丢脸，差到及点，整个宾馆连一台电脑房都没有，还肯号称温泉酒店。笑话
