环境差。
可以闻到老鼠住过的气味，晚上蚊子多，不给配蚊香。
虽然有送温泉票，但是没有注明要自带泳裤，泳裤卖的超贵。
到处都有一股霉味，很显然是以很久没有人住过。
早餐特别特别简陋。

房间及浴室都够大，就是住房跟用餐处有点距离，要自驾游才方便，假如坐高铁去的旅客有点麻烦！服务都不错*

前台服務員態度有很大提升空間，未提供一般可泡溫泉的地方給日式房間的客人，且於訂房時未提供說明供選擇。百果圓常關門未開放整體而言以後要來會更考慮
