位置离高速不远，大概5分钟车程；离新开的万达也不远，车程3分钟。房间设施都比较新，面积也大。早餐相对较为失败，完全没有4星的标准，一方面东西不多，另一方面服务人员太少，前几个月住过龙岩另一个中元大酒店，也是4星，住宿条件不如中凯，但早餐则是天渊之别。当然总的从性价比来说还是推荐的，尤其是停车比较方便，之前住中元就是停车位太少。

高速出口附近，位置很好。
春节期间，价格也很不错，属于性价比很高的酒店。设施服务都非常不错。
早餐相对简单，但也能满足基本需求了。

酒店虽然交通不方便，酒店车5公里以内可以送出去，还是特别好的，服务也特别热情，房间又干净又大，经常过来龙岩住。，以前也住过其他酒店，房间都没有中凯的那么大，很不错
