初次来到小县城，没想到这家酒店让我惊讶，设施全新，新开业服务员业务略显生疏，但是服务态度很热情，酒店的服务员见到我都热情的问好，早餐的味道也很好，下次来还选择住这里，给120个赞

环境优雅，客房卫生很好！房间也够大！位置也好，离老君山很近！服务也不错！自助餐种类是少点，但是不影响！能吃饱！总之此行特别满意！下次来栾川还住这个酒店！

晚上入住酒店，前台并没有告知停水，酒店里面竟然没有一滴凉水，滚烫的热水无法洗澡，简单洗脸手也很烫，一天的臭汗就这么将就过去了，最可怕的是第二天早上两人拉屎，没有水冲，实在太恶心了！要求酒店退款，酒店答复不行，说他们也不知道出现停水，愤然离开，离开时水还没有来
