我是看这个酒店开业时间不长才预定的，可是地毯不干净，有不少油渍，令人失望。早餐很差，没有什么好吃的，花卷两大盆，没有包子、油条，是不是厨师只会做花卷？没有咖啡。相当于4星级酒店最起码有的食品都没有，令人遗憾。每天的租金358元，洛阳大为玖朝酒店（荣获年度最受欢迎酒店奖）的租金才318元。到那儿去学学吧。

网站和酒店沟通出了问题，和客服美女沟通后，酒店同意免费升级为景观房，房间就是不错，，就是出现面盆下水不畅的问题，这种级别的酒店不应该，不过下次还会入住

酒店服务态度和意识差的一米，中午问有没有饭吃，居然说太忙没空，居然还嫌咨询吃饭的烦，着急下班也不能这样说别人的吧，亲自到餐厅又说可以吃，点菜的时候问我们点的菜有没有，说有，等点菜后又说没那个菜也没米饭，找领导说是休假了，太恶劣，问他们携程承诺的促销礼品怎么没给，居然和我打太极，就这样了，服务人员还理直气壮的，不知自己的问题，这样的价格住这样的酒店太不值了，纯粹拿钱找罪的，哪怕是住快捷酒店，都不能住这样的酒店！
