订之前就看到网评说这里的服务很贴心，果不其然，服务好到没朋友！路上就接到前台电话，把酒店详细位置和电话发过来了。酒店人员还专门下来带我们停到地下专用车位，还帮我们拿了很多行李，直接带进房间，先休息一下再到前台办理入住手续，人性化好感动哦！退房时还送了口罩和水，炒鸡贴心！强烈推荐！

酒店很新很干净，设施齐全，住的很舒服。位置在伊河南岸，去高铁龙门站、洛阳站、白马寺、石窟都是二三十分钟的车程，交通便利。高层视野开阔，可以俯瞰洛阳城。

酒店的位置就在左岸国际，23层，价格更实惠一些，选的家庭房，房源很少，我们三大一小住的很舒服，店长是一位非常nice的漂亮姐姐，牡丹花会期间还来高铁站接站，太感动了，初识洛阳人就是从肖店长开始的，热心肠，心眼好，热情的介绍景观，出行安排，美食，交通，之后嘀嘀打车碰到的洛阳司机都是如此这般，给我留下了深刻印象！前台精致小巧，同在23层，前台美眉温柔周到，服务堪比五星级，设施也是很新的，唯一美中不足的就是没有五星级的早餐，提供永和豆浆家的早餐，可以到周边吃，不翻汤还是很赞的
