星级酒店真的不错，前台服务热情周到，房间设施先进，环境优雅，干净卫生，也不需要押金，退房方便，周边是商业中心，吃饭购物都很方便。

这次住新天鹅酒店非常满意，大堂郭晓静经理及每个服务人员，非常热情，给我们详细的介绍附近的好吃的地方，好玩的景点，看的出酒店很重视客人的感受，酒店软件服务很到位，房间干净卫生，早餐餐厅食物品种很多，本想住一个晚上，结果选择了住两晚。唯一有点遗憾的就是酒店外墙有些陈旧，第一印象不好，如果改善了，相信会有更多的客人选择新天鹅酒店！
