美好的体验，管家般的服务。性价比很高，位置在市中心，超级方便。尤其是楼层服务员，把扔在地上的袜子洗干净了，这种服务没得说。赞赞赞！下次首选，推荐大家入住。

酒店地处市中心，是洛阳市最早的星级宾馆，不知是不是楼下修地铁的原因，酒店外观略显陈旧（确切的说是有点破旧😂），但进入店内发现还是不错的。酒店的服务和服务员的素质一流，是我住过的酒店中最好的，没有之一！！！首先刚到门口，服务员小伙子就出来接行李；接着办理入住时又有服务员送来解渴的饮料，还主动提供了一本酒店自制的景点图册，是以酒店为出发地编的，让路痴的我很容易看懂；最后离开酒店时还代叫了出租车，并贴心的把出租车的号牌写在了一张卡片上，超级暖心！另外说几个小细节：1. 客房服务员见我们有老人入住，多提供了瓶装水供老人吃药喝；2. 客房服务员打扫房间时（我们都出去了）见我们洗的衣服多不好晾，主动找来晾衣杆帮我们重新晾好；3. 酒店服务台还准备了好些周围好吃餐饮店的名片供客人挑选……总之，细微之处见真情。一次超暖心的住宿体验，真诚推荐给大家！
