优点 服务相当好 热情周到 房间里还送了果盘 酒店地理位置也不错 缺点 设施老旧 特别是卫生间 距离经济型酒店都有差距 总体来说 可能酒店方希望通过服务来弥补设施的不足吧 性价比一般

较失望的一次预订.父母是因为看到网评才预订的酒店 从兰州到敦煌一路走来 心情不错. 这家酒店却因为消费后定金余额不足20元不打扫房间 而且午休时间3次电话催促补交定金.虽然事后 反复道歉 声称服务欠佳 又免费赠送一天早餐券. 试想如果这件事情发生在你们自己70多岁的父母身上 做何感想??!!! 评论目的不是挑毛病而是让酒店引以为戒 今后更好地服务.

酒店内部设施很旧，天气一热，地毯散发出很重的气味，特别是卫生间的异味，经久不衰。
朋友说，这个酒店就象一个有狐臭的美女，看着高档，却睡不得。

非常不好的体验，退房之前洗了澡，把项链放在了水池旁，因为走得急，忘带了，等打电话给前台找的时候已经什么都没有了。前台还说什么查房很认真，会拾金不昧，我看这酒店也没什么认真和诚信可言吧？一条施华洛世奇的带水晶吊坠的项链能值多少钱？也值得这么用心？真是让人无语的体验。
