昨天晚上入住的洛阳新天鹅国际大酒店，从拎包入住到退房毫无违和感，不得不佩服前台的效率，本身自己就是酒店管理专业的学生，对前厅的那位叔叔的服务特别点赞，虽然新天鹅是一家老店，开业也有四五年时间，但是时间的累积，带来的不是沧桑，而是沉淀，早上的早餐也很丰盛，种类很齐全，特别是胡辣汤，女朋友非常喜欢。
如果下次还来洛阳旅游的话，我一定还会入住洛阳新天鹅国际大酒店，因为时间比较急，所以没有拍一些照片，特别推荐各位来洛阳的网友下榻这家酒店离洛阳火车站和汽车站都非常近。

楼下在修路，周边以前应该很繁华，现在就是围起来了，但是也还好，不算很吵。早餐八点半左右基本上就没啥了，这个价格也算还好了。

酒店的服務有賓至如歸的感覺。細緻周到，訓練有素。價錢也很親民，不知是否是因門前有工程影響生意，故降價促銷。希望以後來也有這個報價。

特别好，前台服务态度好，主动帮我们开电梯，拿伞，还送了酸奶，房间在十七层，看夜景很美，位置也在繁华地段，非常满意。

酒店四周都在修地铁很吵，第一晚住临街的房间吵的没法睡，第二天换了房间就好多了，淋浴间地漏流水很慢，房间烟味很重，建议设置无烟房给不抽烟的客人。br表扬一下酒店的服务态度，从前台大堂到清洁阿姨和餐厅服务员，态度都非常好，就是最后离开的时候，要是能帮忙老人把行李提上车就更好了。
