老牌酒店，设施确实老了些，服务确实不错给人留下深刻印象，但第二次在4月份入住时可能赶上花会，游客太多的缘故，服务感觉不如第一次，但整体还是不错的。值得推荐

友谊宾馆不愧为原来的洛阳国宾馆，服务人员热情，和气，给客人宾至如归的感受。客房服务非常周到细致，有求必应。住店期间感到酒店员工都精神饱满，主动提供服务。餐厅卫生好，菜品可口，价格公道。一次中午，我和老伴儿去吃饭，过了饭点儿 ，服务员特地把厨师叫回，为我们做可口的面条和青菜。特别感谢。酒店还提供了派车送客人到车站，到景点的服务，真是太周到了。酒店的自助早餐品种多，服务也很好，总之，这次来洛阳观赏牡丹，住在洛阳宾馆真是选对了酒店。谢谢你们！
