是一间让人感觉宾至如归的酒店！！！所有客房部的服务员真的太贴心啦！！！我们同行的妹子正好生理期，结果天天给送红糖水，早晨去吃饭领班也追着我们送红糖水，我正好感冒，也是追着我们给送姜可乐！出门前，客房领班一定会下大雨，让我们去大堂拿雨衣，最后虽然没办法享受送高铁的服务，但是还是很细心帮我们叫了出租车，还留了条子记录了上车时间还有司机的车牌号，让我们随时有事打酒店电话！平时更不用说了、各种水果饮料莲子羹零食都是免费的，还送酸奶喝！服务真的是好到爆炸！！但是美中不足的是设施方面如有可能再提高一点点就很好啦！比如房灯控制啊，早餐的丰富性啊………瑕不掩瑜，下次还会再来的！

我们自驾出游，这家酒店服务是最好的。大概晚上23点到店，前台漂亮的服务生热情认真主动的为我们讲解。还给孩子特意送拖鞋牙刷水果酸奶！早晨起来就餐一路服务员向我们问好，指路。退房，服务人员看到外面下雨，主动送伞。还送小朋友挂件，小本子。出门，门卫主动给我们撑伞。酒店到处都是热情的服务人员，我们心里暖暖的。祝生意兴隆！下次洛阳还会选择这里，出门住的是心情。感谢你们热情的服务！
