收费混乱的酒店，网站宣传的和实际收费是不一样的，自己官网上两个大人、一个孩子和两个大人的收费是一样的（网站上可以选择了12周岁）宣传上说早餐免费吃，但结算的时候还是收了额外的费用，而且前台结账又慢出错又多。我们付了现金，也不想要求退费，但回访人员晚上10点打电话过来只是一味强调理由，未尝试去解决问题。
