服务非常好，前台还是泊车的工作人员服务都非常热情，晚上洛阳下雪，第二天清晨酒店的工作人员就早早清理好客人车辆上的积雪，非常贴心。
酒店设施也很赞，装修比较新颖。

这是我在艺龙少有的对服务特别特别满意的酒店之一。体贴、细致、温馨、幸福。以后会经常来的。艾美的房间稍微有点小，只是过夜的话就没什么，如果想舒服，选择大一点的房间即可，服务是没得说。帮我提行李，送了温馨的小吃，牙刷牙膏不是一次性的还免费，拖鞋也是高大上的，最意外的是，竟然还帮我们洗了车。简直.... 完美。
