酒店的服务让人惊喜，所有的服务人员都非常热情礼貌，停车场的工作人员居然帮忙把车洗了，而且洗的非常干净，太感谢了。房间内的设施也比较全，按摩椅非常棒，唯一的缺陷就是临路边，窗外有噪音传进来，以这样的价格住到这样的酒店非常超值，以后有机会来洛阳还会定蓝鹊

酒店位置离丽景门不算远，酒店服务非常好，免费帮我们升级了，房间有按摩椅，我们下午出门玩到晚上回来，发现房间里还送了鲜牛奶和水果盘，很贴心，早上退房准备离开还送了小礼物，还有工作人员免费帮忙洗车，真的是超过五星服务
