旺季人多住的一楼被褥潮，天花板也有不少发霉的地方，手机信号奇差，wifi在房间基本没有，在房间就是与世隔绝，电视图像画质很不清，早餐一般，这是硬件，再说服务，旺季入住人多可以理解，办个退房查房查了半个多小时，入住的高级酒店多了这是退房时间最长的，前台也很负责不停的催客房部，但是效率真心低，以前也没少住福泉，但是这次是感受最不好的！

非常的好，很满意，推荐给大家，希望大家常来十分满意，一个比较完美的旅行，很适合在外的朋友，是一个比较舒服的场所，客栈给人家的感觉，服务十分的人性化，前台态度令人也很舒服舒心，总之一句话很喜欢！
