不错的酒店，就是在网上订的，开始给我的订单搞错了、到了酒店没办法办理入住，最后又联系客服，带着孩子在大厅等了两个小时，还好最后先给我办理了入住，又联系客服解决了问题

平顶山福泉大酒店位于于中原大佛旁，我们的入住，刚好碰到有一个会议团，中餐厅订满，要我们到西餐厅吃自助餐，有一个穿黑衣服服务员的领导，见我们好上不大想去，就说很难听的话：“在我们中餐厅吃饭，每人消费200多元，因为我们的菜以野味为主。西餐厅的自助餐，只要80元。”我们都懒得理他，转身走了。另外酒店房间没有wifi,大堂的wifi用不了，有等于无。作为高级酒店，盥洗室内没有抹手巾。早餐简单。

5.1去的，房价500多，酒店说的是五星，但是感觉顶多是个四星，前台服务态度不怎么样，早餐很垃圾，基本没啥可吃的，基础设施还行吧！不算太旧，卫生条件一般。总体评价一般话。

5.1去的的，房费500多，说的是五星，但感觉基本是个四星水平，前台服务态度不怎么样，房间没有免费的点心和五星应该有的水果之类的东西，并且酒店卫生一般。总之五一出行就是个贵。
