很不错的酒店，地理位置好，距离大佛和温泉景区都特别近，很方便，尤其是带着老人和孩子，中午还可以午休一下，下午继续游玩。酒店环境优雅，房间空间大，服务也好，早餐也还丰盛。适合休闲游。

预定的豪华亲子房，前期问了高级亲子房两者的区别。豪华亲子房。不临路。在5-6层。其他设施一模一样。两者差价60元。结果到酒店后，前台给一楼邻路和2楼邻路给房选择。br告知前台定豪华亲子房，前台说你来的晚没房了。我说有预定。前台说没有房间号。无语了。因为已经晚上七点了，没有活多纠缠这事。差价谁给我呢？？？br一个号称五星得酒店，早餐真是太一般。（请理解我，没有我用差这个词）。

上周入住印象很好，本周得空全家又来福泉大酒店渡假。从郑州出发交通便利，空气清新，山清水秀。看到父母年迈，酒店特意安排较近的二个房间。门童来回拉送行李帮忙热情，停车无忧而且超方便，车管认真负责人性化。山区酒店很大气，设施装修豪，比在大城市五星酒店安静，还多了一味山泉景色。早点大众化，但不失丰盛。又一次满意的入住体验，为酒店服务点赞！需要注意的是，二次住过不问房型，可能位置山区，山景临路一侧房间有不好闻的潮温味道，请常开窗通气。

我们一家人老少都有，自驾出游，去之前做了功课，相较选择了福泉大酒店。回味总体感觉，这个酒店没选错。真心建议家庭类出游选择这家酒店。
