温泉不错，房间干净，美中不足就是所住临街的房间太吵，卡车喇叭声，夜市唱歌声，酒店院子里客人包括小孩的大呼小叫声。早就预定了，要求安静房间，结果去了临时给的房间，房间太吵了。

在艺龙预付房费办理的入住，住的套房，进去之后觉得房间设施一般。室内有淋浴，结果开了十分钟都是凉水，结果下水道还不顺畅，水流的满屋子都是。退房时，给了一张什么都没有填写的结账单就让我签字，说是要跟艺龙结账使用，之后发现预授权无法撤销，半小时后才得以解决，不是一个很愉快的住宿。
