酒店的服务态度还好，主楼的房间比较大，就是因为山上的天气原因，房间有股霉霉的味道，国庆期间价格确实有点贵。

酒店服务很好。在同程订票后，因不熟悉路况，当日不能入住，联系同程客服退订或延后入住时间，经过长时间的等待，得到的答复是不可以，即使当晚不入住，房费也照收。我已支付的房费眼看就要打水漂。无奈联系酒店，通过酒店前台找到管理人员，听了我的解释后，给我延后了入住时间。同程的客服太让我失望了，决定今后不再通过同程订酒店。入住后发现有蚊子，联系了前台，马上送来蚊香。第二天续订时，发现同程的标价尽然比前台的价位高出了好多。再次失望。

酒店环境很好，出行方便，离牯岭街很近，就在美庐边上，周边吃饭点很多。房间特别宽敞，床很舒适，带着老人孩子住的很舒适，正好赶上淡季，价格超低，超合算，全五星
