副楼设施确实陈旧，但并不像有的网友说的那么潮湿，房间有空调，还有电热毯，热水也不错，考虑到价格低，性价比还是可以的。

2层石头房子，环境设施相对于山上农家还是很不错的。是江西省委疗养院，床上有电热毯，还有空调，怕冷的可以用。

在山上酒店周围的环境非常的不错，离美庐非常近，就是房间内设施一般，室内非常的潮湿，被子好像可以用手攥出水来

酒店是老别墅，但是我们住的附楼很潮湿，房间里面还有一些虫虫，一掀被子就跑出来了。二楼的话稍微好那么一点点，设施比较陈旧的。当地别墅很多，不是旺季可以到了慢慢挑选，找设施好点价格实惠的。
