酒店服务员服务态度很好，特别是男生服务员，得知我们是一家三口，我们原来预订豪华标准间免费升级豪华套间，增加被子、床单都是免费的，每天还有水果送到房间里，房间设施很好，还有电脑，很方便，房间卫生。热水太强了，柜式空调很给力，酒店服务水平、管理太好了。男生服务员为我们详细介绍景点旅游路线，酒店位置特别好，庐山的观光车票在酒店里就有自动售票机，很方便。旅馆门口走两三步就是庐山观光车停候站，交通十分便利，地理位置非常好，值得推荐。
