服务不专业，前台也不专业。我定的单间没有了结果还接单。等我大半夜到了才告诉我手滑点错了…然后就住的标准间。再然后押金刷的预授权，退房时告诉我可以走了，结果莫名其妙就被扣了钱，也没有告诉我，是为啥扣的。
