硬件软件周边环境都是一流，酒店服务好，物有所值，值得推荐！早餐品种也多，就是味道一般，馒头包子是凉的！

这是我住过所有酒店最差一次体验！主要是服务太差，可以说没有服务意识！带老婆孩子大包小包装备入住，门口两个工作人员像打量怪物一样看着我们从车上卸下大包行李，老婆带小孩先走，他们勉强开了一下门，我随后停好车，拖两个20寸大箱子加两个包装备进门，两个服务员不知道看到了什么，开门就跑了，门差点撞到我，我很狼狈的重新开门进入，一肚子气不知道往哪撒，在总台抱怨了几句，这时来了一个类似大堂副理模样的女主管过来，我问她是不是主管，她说是，我说我要建议一下，就把这个事情给她说了，她说我知道了，我会批评他们！我天！我问她你知道是谁不？她支支吾吾。天啦，太明显的敷衍了啊！我说告诉我他们的工号，我要投诉，她说这是隐私，不能告知……好吧！我已无心跟你们计较了！

叙永最好的酒店 酒店设施还是不错 不过服务不行 提了不少行李进门 还有小孩子 结果大堂居然没有服务生帮忙提行李 另外酒店自身的餐饮也不好 好在在城中心 吃的比较多 不过附近的饮食消费蛮高的
