服务很好，进出酒店都有行李员给提包，告诉前台没有香皂，管家马上送来，发现有小朋友，就又送来小拖鞋、牙具、牛奶等，还有水果盘，早餐也很丰富。特别是专门有过滤过的饮用水龙头，毛巾也是消毒包装好了的，还有遥控板都是消毒包装。要说不足呢，一是位置在小路上，不太好找；二是设施有些陈旧，破了都没换，与五星级不太配；三是太节约了，标间只有牙具是两套，两个人合用一个浴帽不太合适，一个人洗湿了，另一个人还得戴着湿的用，还好说后管家马上送来一个；四是淋雨头本来固定温度是好事，但太紧，力气小了转不动，只好将就较低的温度洗。还有就是房间里电话旁看见牌子上写的关注酒店微信就可以减20元，结果告知活动已结束，那么为什么牌子还放在房间呢？

非常不错的酒店，赵朝霞和国尚伟热情的为我们办理入住介绍景点，送我们到房间，酒店里面有一个杨森公馆去参观了一下，大树环绕很不错，前台有个妹妹叫黄进梅很棒，因为想去江边吃河鱼找不到路，她还自己带我们走到了滨江路，太贴心了。房间很安静可以看长江，服务真的没话说，值得赞五星。

位置很好，老酒店，服务一流，杜红管家专门给孩子准备了儿童拖鞋和儿童牙刷。冰粉凉糕也很地道，提供水果，关键是还提供水果刀，很贴心的服务
