地段不错，居核心区域。老酒店、设施落后，空调打开，扇片响一晚上，我就基本一晚上没睡觉。唯一推荐：房间管家不错，服务很不错，和前台死板而生疏的服务形成强烈对比。下次应该不会住了。

酒店位置优越步行五分钟就可到达江边健身大道，服务很贴心管家宋贵燕特别好，不仅有银耳汤还给小朋友送来了拖鞋和玩具，点赞，还会再来

比其他五星级酒店都要好，特别是西餐厅的早餐特别好，酒店的前台及客房服务很好，前台扶庆，杨青于，魏宗梁服务很棒。

这个酒店很多方面都做得很好，很贴心，办理入住时前台人员很细心的了解我要几个房卡，我的身份证她送了一个保护套，还提醒如果出去逛，忘记地址了，保护套上有，还有电话，进到房间已经帮我烧好水了，一次性拖鞋拆好包装，服务员杜红送水果来的时候还跟我介绍了这个酒店，附近景点，好吃的地方，很专业。
