酒店环境很好，旁边就是南湖公园，是挂牌四星级酒店，虽然设施有点老，但是服务一流，到店还有送酸奶和水果，酒店大堂很有气派，房间毛巾啥的略显有点旧，但是服务热情完全可以盖过些许的不足，酒店早餐很好，美味可口，品种丰富，服务人员还主动帮助老人取餐，推荐好吃的点心，嘘寒问暖，给人宾至如归的感觉，所以到马鞍山选择南湖宾馆肯定没错，我不觉得会比海外海或者万达有什么区别，下次还会入住，五星好评！

酒店服务很好，前台的小陈接待很热情，周边环境不错，停车方便，赠送了自制酸奶味道很棒，房间比较安静，免费升级了房间，物超所值，值得推荐，赞一个！

酒店主动升级客房，夜床礼物很温馨，住宿，早餐，停车处处服务都很周到。早餐种类丰富。遇到的每一位酒店工作人员都很热情周到。位置极佳，于南湖相邻。下次还要去住。这不是刷好评，因为一般我都懒的评价。
