酒店服务很好，礼宾很热情，刚到酒店恰巧下雨，礼宾师傅第一时间就主动跑过来给我送伞，主动服务的意识很强，看的出酒店的管理是很给力的。前台免费帮我升级了房间，总台微笑服务也很有亲和力，真的有种回家的感觉，长途跋涉虽辛苦，但到了酒店一切都是那么的亲切、自然。让我真正体验到了什么叫做宾至如归，客房挺干净，早餐也不错，当涂大肉面很不错，听说是地方特色，味道地道。第二天离点前台还热情的询问入住感受，点点滴滴暖在心头，细节服务做的很到位。毋庸置疑下次还会过来的！

第一次来马鞍山出差，朋友推荐的南湖宾馆，宾馆环境特别好！挺院大，停车方便，酒店的大堂特气派宽敞，前台效率高，没收押金，感觉被信任的感觉特别好！房间干净卫生，酸奶好吃，水果新鲜，房内有特大瓶的矿泉水，很适合全家出游的那种超级大，最重要的是网速快，早餐丰富，服务员也很热情，结账的时候服务员询问了有无其他消费，我回答没有直接退房，再次被信任的感觉真是太好了！一天心情都美美的！
